BBQ Sauce!!!

Today I tried the best thing ever! Mommy let me have some of her BBQ sauce for my french fries and I LOVED it! I gobbled up anything and everything that she dipped in that delicious tasty treat. Mommy joked that she was going to have to try to dip some bananas in it so I would try them! No way Mom! I was so excited over the BBQ sauce that I would point to the sauce and say ooh every time I wanted a french fry. Daddy kept saying that Mommy and I are two of a kind!

No thanks.

Today, Mommy and Daddy tried to get me to sit in a big bowl of water outside. I said NO WAY! That water was way too cold! Instead I decided to just play with the water with my hands and drive around the crazy coupe. Daddy then let me run out to the swing and he pushed me AND Mommy! I laughed and laughed watching Mommy swing beside me. Mommy had to run inside and while she was gone, I went fast asleep swinging!

Yup, 5am is exactly what time I got up this morning. I was so excited to play with Mommy and Daddy that I couldn't stay in my bed a minute longer! Needless to say, Mommy wasn't too playful at 5am. She let Dad sleep in for a few hours. I had already started on my first nap at 8am when he got up. We all were a little bummed today because it rained again. Daddy still needs to finish his outdoor project and I need to check on my octopus, so we have to get some sunshine this weekend. The shirtless neighbor gave Daddy a tip on where there is an awesome park here and I am hoping that we get to go check it out. Fingers crossed for no more rain!!!

Today was another day with Dad. Mommy decided to go to lunch with her friend Alison so I was left behind to babysit Dad. It rained on and off most of the day so we weren't able to go outside to play. Daddy was more disappointed than me because we were stuck inside. Don't worry...we managed to have lots of fun anyway until Mommy got home. Dad even worked with me on saying the word "on". Right now, I can only say "ah: and I can't seem to get the "n" on the end. We're making progress though.

Chuck E. Cheese Day!!!!

Today Daddy decided it should be Chuck E. Cheese Day. After my nap, we put on Mommy's favorite outfit that Nana got me at the beginning of summer and laced up my new Stride-Rite sneakers. I was ready to play! This was Dad's first time at Chuck E. Cheese so I had to show him the ropes. We had a blast. I ate some french fries for lunch while Mommy and Daddy ate pizza.

It has been about two months since I had been to see Chuck E. This time, I had to show Mommy and Daddy that I could slide down the slide all by myself. I climbed my way to the top and turned around backwards and slid down on my belly. Mommy was so proud of me! I also got super excited when I saw a ride that had a big horse that you could ride. I start squealing and ran over to the horse. Mommy and Daddy both held on to me and I ran my horse in the Kentucky Derby! It was a great race!

Today I spent the evening just a swingin' in the backyard. Mommy had another dentist appointment so Daddy and I hung out most of the day. When Mommy came home, she kicked Dad and I outside so she could get Taco Tuesday ready. We ran around a bit and came back inside to eat. Daddy promised that I could go back out if I was a good boy at dinner. Of course as soon as I got outside, I insisted on swingin' some more. After about 10 minutes, I was fast asleep. Daddy was so nice that he continued to push me for about 20 minutes while I took a little snooze. I guess getting up at 5am caught up to me after all!

This is when 5am started to catch up with me.

I was hoping some juice may perk me up for round two.

Four More Teeth!

I forgot to tell everyone that I have four more teeth coming in! Mommy can see the tips of my canines peeking through. I think these have been the hardest ones yet for me to cut. I have been getting up during the night and I haven't been wanting to eat very much. Mommy promised me that I am almost finished with this teething junk. I will be so glad to get all my chompers in. Daddy always tells me that the food will get better as I get more teeth!

So, I thought I would sit on my lawn mower.

I thought it was a good idea.

Uh, maybe not so much!
