Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I hope that everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoyed their time with their family and friends. I had a blast with Mommy, Daddy, Jersey, and Big D. We all pitched in and helped Mommy cook. Daddy was responsible for holding me back when the oven door was opened and I was in charge of telling Mommy when the timers went off. I would run to the kitchen and grab the oven mitts for Mom. Dallas and Jersey were the official turkey testers. Me, I wouldn't have a thing to do with any of the turkey or trimmings. Oh well, there is always next year.

Today I gave my Mommy an awesome present. I slept in! Mommy was up before I got up. I didn't make a peep throughout the night. She was so proud of me. I have been an excellent sleeper the past few days. I am still obsessed with my movie cars. I have even learned how to turn it on by myself. Yes, I know which button to push to make it come on and play. I even know which button will turn the TV on. Mommy is in some trouble with this new found talent of mine!

Superman was not happy that it was bedtime!

Today I helped Santa out some more. Mommy and I had to go to Target to check on a few things and we did Santa a favor by helping get some of my Christmas goodies early. I managed to snag another Chuck and Friends car. Man, I sure do love them. I also managed to pick out the most expensive set of Disney Cars they had. Mom was hoping that I changed my mind but it had Lightning McQueen and Mater in it. No way Momma! I have to wait before I get that one though. Oh well, at least I can still watch my movie everyday until then!

Today was a loooong day. I decided that I didn't need my afternoon nap. It seemed like a great idea but turned out not to be that great. I played outside with Daddy and when I came in, I went to sleep too late in the day. I slept for two hours which caused me to sat up almost until midnight! Yes, Mommy gave in and turned on Cars and I was out before the big race for the Piston Cup. Mommy sure hopes that I sleep in for her in the morning.

Today Mommy and I decided to hit the road and do some Christmas shopping. Mommy said that we could help Santa out by picking up a few things. Mommy kept some boxes in the back of the cart that she wouldn't let me see. I don't know what that was about. I did throw a wee bit of a fit in the toy department when I saw the Tonka Chuck and Friends that I had played with at Grandma Kaye's house. I had to have one. I meticulously chose Handy the Tow Truck. He was pretty cool looking. I had a death grip on that car and no one, included the cashier, was going to pry that out of my hand!

Sorry no pictures again. A dreary day + long nap + shopping adventure = no time for pictures. Mommy did take a few of me in the car but she hasn't uploaded those yet. I was giving her the look.

No Playdate Today

No playdate for me today. Yup, my playdate got canceled because Spencer has a double ear infection. Bummer. I was excited to go back to Chuck E. Cheese and play with my new friend. Mommy promised that she would try to reschedule when Spencer was feeling better. Hopefully, he gets better soon so we can hang out.

Mommy didn't get to take pictures today. I decided that I was going to take a 4+ hour nap. I was super tired from all the early mornings I have had and Mommy swears that I must be growing. She had to buy me some new jeans being that I have outgrown all of mine in length. I guess that's a good thing.

Today I got to play in the leaves! Mommy started out raking the leaves and Daddy and I soon unraked them! Mommy gave me a little rake and I went to town. Daddy then thought it would be funny to throw them all over my head while I was trying to work. I have to admit it was pretty funny. Mommy even laughed while she was taking my picture.

Yes, you read it correctly. I escaped! Mom and Dad knew it would be a matter of time before I figured out that I could fit through the cat door. They were just hoping that by the time I figured it out that I would be too big. Nope it didn't work out that way. I managed to wiggle all the way out the door and into the garage. Mommy was amazed when I decided to join her out in the garage today. Needless to say, I didn't get to stay on the other side that long. In order to keep my mind off my new found freedom, Mommy let me play outside twice today.

Okay, so I got Mom up super early again this morning. Don't worry though....I ended up taking a 4 hour nap to give her a break. The weather today was BEAUTIFUL! Mommy and I spent most of the evening outside. When the sun went down we decided that we would take a ride to the grocery store just to go somewhere. I had so much fun. I managed to say bye-bye to everyone that we encountered. Mommy also got me the coolest treat ever. She bought me a new hot wheel! The grocery store had them on the end of every other aisle. I quickly picked out a green Dodge XP-07. Mommy let me look at all the other cars that were at the end of each aisle and I held on tight to my Dodge and replied with a Nah! Mommy told me that if am a really good boy all week, I can go pick out another hot wheel car.

Today is my Great Grandma's Birthday! We hope that you had a fabulous day and we wish we could have been there to celebrate with you. We can't wait to hear all about your surprise from Great Grandpa.

Well, we survived Friday the 13th. No major mishaps and all is well. I did give Mom a few scares today. Mom was making dinner and I was in the living room watching Yo Gabba. Well, I decided that I needed to climb up on the ottoman and take my pooh mobile with me. Yes, I managed to heave my pooh mobile up on the ottoman and climbed on it. I then proceeded to bounce up and down. It was a sight! Mom didn't get too mad because she did take my picture before sending my ride to the impound lot. She hasn't had a chance to download the pictures yet, but don't worry she will post them tomorrow.

Oh, and wonderful news! They finally cut the corn down in the field so I can see for miles now. I had so much fun watching the big truck go back and forth. The guy saw me watching him so he would give me a wave everytime he would go by us. He was cool!

Today I finally got to wear my Superman shirt! I was one cool dude. I also managed to snag Mommy's favorite hat. Of course, I had to wear it Brady style...flipped around backwards. I was such a little ham for the camera. I got Mom up early around 5am and I went strong until about 1pm and I finally kegged out. Even Superman needs a nap every once in awhile.

Mommy also asked me to tell Great Grandma and Grandpa that she is working hard on figuring out the Brownie camera. She found a bunch of Brownie fans on a site called Flickr and she is getting some good advice from them. She also found an online manual that she was able to download. How exciting!!!

I was shocked that Mommy was letting me stand on the pooh mobile without yelling at me. I guess a smile can get you a lot of things when the camera is out!
