Cleveland Pics on Facebook!

Saturday, October 30, 2010

Cleveland Pics are up on facebook. I am going to put a few on here but all of them are over in the Cleveland 2010 album. The kitchen is finished. Mommy and Daddy are doing a few last minute things to it though. Mommy and Daddy are super pleased with everything! Linda came over from next door and raved about it as well. I'll post a few pics here too. Mom had to take them last night so they are a little grainy and dark.

Cleveland photos, soccer photos, and kitchen photos coming soon!!! How soon? I am hoping that Mommy will be able to post pics tonight (probably later in the evening) of all the fun things going on in my life right now. The kitchen is coming along beautifully but they still have another day of work before it's all complete.

Pick Your Battles!

Friday, October 22, 2010

Pick your battles is Mom's new motto these days. Dealing with a nearly three year old can really test your patience. I seem to make the smallest things into the biggest issues. Take for instance, clothing. I will not wear anything that doesn't have a horse, dog, tractor, motorcycle, car, truck, jeep, or train on it. If given the option of A or B, I choose C.

Tonight was another long night for Dad at work and let's just say that I won out on a few things. First, I wanted no pants on. Next, I had to wear my rainboots all evening long. Last, I wanted to sleep with on the couch with a towel. Guess what? I won. Check out the picture!

Follow Up!

Thursday, October 21, 2010

Today I had my follow up appointment with the doctor about my recent episode of wheezing. He kinda threw Mom for a loop when he started talking about asthma. Mom said that her gut tells her that it was all related to the nastiness of the cold and respiratory infection. However, with being a milk allergy kid and having family history of it, I am at greater risk of developing that pesky condition. He told her to keep an eye on me and we will just have to wait and see what happens in the future.

Soccer, Hummel Nature Trail, and Car Repair

Tuesday, October 19, 2010

Can I say that Tuesday's are always my busy days! Today I went to soccer again. I did pretty good for the first half and totally lost my focus after the juice break. I am starting to focus a little longer and listen better. That's HUGE!

After soccer, Mommy was going to let me play at a playground but the one we went to was locked up. Okay, it was either locked up or Mom couldn't get the gate open. I was not a happy camper so we headed over to the Hummel Nature Trail being that it was on the way home. It was pretty fun. I met a dog named Jenny and got to follow it around. I really wanted to hold the leash but the big guy never offered. I can't say I blame him. I am sure that he had no idea that I got so much experience walking a dog when I went to Kentucky.

Then before speech class, I got to help Daddy do some car repair. He needed to change his headlight and I had to help. I had so much fun helping Daddy. he would tell me which tool to go get and I would go get it for him. I love tools and I sure love my Dad!

Monday, October 18, 2010

Today is a special day. This is the 700th post in my blog! Craziness! To celebrate, we went to the Fun Fort again! That place never gets old and for $2 you really can't go wrong. My buddy Spencer waited around for us to get there and boy did we have a fabulous time as usual. Every single time I go there, I find a new favorite thing to do. This week it was superman sliding down the sliding boards. I bet we went down those slides for a good hour. Each time, we ended up with a face full of hay!

Loooooong Weekend

Sunday, October 17, 2010

Well, my loooooooong weekend has finally come to an end. It was a long weekend because Daddy had to work late for the past three nights. Don't worry though. Mom managed to keep me entertained here at the house. She made it so fun that I haven't been napping. Boy, oh boy does this make it long days for her. We had lots of fun but we have also been cleaning out the garage and organizing all of my toys. I have to admit that we did such a good job that Daddy even told us that it looked good. I have a pretty busy week planned so we had to get all our work done this weekend.

Mommy thinks I look like my Daddy in this picture. I insisted on wearing this shirt today because it looks like a Daddy Shirt.

This is what happens when I don't take a nap. My trucks and myself ran out of gas!

This is Mommy's new favorite picture. I was rolling cars back and forth under her car so she decided to play peek-a-boo with me. That game never gets old!

I bet you are wondering what I was thinking about? If you all only knew!

Fun with stickers!

Fun Fort

Thursday, October 14, 2010

Today Fun Fort us being brought to you by Aunt Laura. Thanks for the extra something in my package you all sent. You rock. I'll tell you who else rocks....my friend Robbie a.k.a "Bobbie". Bobbie decided to meet us over at Fun Fort for another crazy time. It was pouring the rain so this was a great option for us to burn off some of that built up energy. We had a blast. Let's just say that I was digging kernels from places I can't even blog about! I really do have so much fun with Bobbie. I am glad that he got to hang out at the fort with me.

New Park with Mommy

Wednesday, October 13th, 2010

A new park with my Mommy today. We had fun but I quickly realized that parks are not nearly as fun without a friend to play with you. It's just not the same. I walked around and played a little here and there and would yell out, "Bobbie R you?" On a positive note, we found a HUGE park that i am sure Mommy and Daddy will take me back to visit again. There was nature trails, three playgrounds, and even a dog park. It was a beautiful area!

Soccer - Round 2

Tuesday, October 12, 2010

Soccer days are my favorite days! Mom decided to let me try to push through soccer today despite the icky sickies I have been fighting. I wasn't contagious at that point so she thought it may do me some good to get out of the house. I did really well but I did start coughing up a storm after running around. Everyone was super impressed with me because I really did do a great job even though I had been under the weather. Oh, and the best news of all.....My friend Hayden joined us today. He did a really good job too and I am so glad that our little program is starting to grow each week!

Sick Peanut

Saturday, October 9th, 2010

This sick peanut is heading to the doctor today. Mommy thought I had a simple cold but during the night I scared her a little with my breathing. I started to wheeze and breathe harder than usual. To be on the safe side, Mommy took me in and they worked us right in immediately. The doctor then did the look over and decided that I was wheezing and that he thought I had a combination of a cold and a respiratory infection/inflammation. With both of those things, it was hard for me to breathe which made it impossible for me to rest. So, the doctor sentenced me to nebulizer treatments for the next little bit. Great. Let me tell you....pure torture for me and Mommy. I have a followup on the 21st and hopefully I will be 100% again!

Fun Fort

Thursday, October 7th, 2010

There is not too many things in life that are worth every single penny. I have found the bargain of the season. It's a little place called Fun Fort. Fun Fort is located at Paulus Farm Market over in Mechanicsburg. They have taken two of their greenhouses and turned it in to fun, fun, fun for the kids. How much does this fun cost? Sit down....it's only $2 and you can play all day! There really is so much to do there. They have a maze made out of hay bales. There is also spring horses, sliding boards, animals, tractors, and swings. They even have a big box full of soy and corn kernels.....so much better and cleaner than sand! There is really a ton that you can do there. Seriously, this is definitely one of my most favorite places we have visited yet!

Popcorn Hat Players

Wednesday, October 6, 2010

What are the Popcorn hat Players? Let me tell you about them. They are a theater group that does plays for the younger crowd. Spencer and his Mommy was so very kind to invite us to go to one of their shows. I have never been to a play or even a movie, so this was big stuff. It was also my first time in the city. I must say that both Spencer and I were very good. We managed to sit through the entire play with a couple of breaks. Luckily, it wasn't too long and it was Aladdin....so it was a good story. I do have to confess that the best part of the outing was the parking garage, escalator, and elevator. We giggled like crazy the whole time we were finding a spot in the garage. It was such a fabulous day with one of my favorite friends. A big, big thank you to Spencer and his Mommy for taking us along with them on this adventure.

I'm a Soccer Player!!!!!

Tuesday, October 5th, 2010

I am officially a soccer player. I joined a Little Kritters Soccer Program that my buddy Robbie has been participating in the previous weeks. I was immediately excited about this little adventure for the simple fact I get to see "Bobbie". I guess running around like crazy and kicking a ball is also a plus for it. We had a blast playing today. I think I shocked Mommy and Daddy with how into it I seemed. Of course, we are 2 so you can imagine for every sec of focus....there was many unfocused ones. All in all, it was a GREAT day!
