Future Landscaper

According to Daddy, I have quite the future in the landscaping business. I love to pick weeds and rearrange the million rocks that we have. I also like to fill up my watering can and water anything and everything....sometimes that even includes myself or Mommy. I definitely like anything outdoors these days. Looking back at the summer, I think I have spent a good deal of my waking hours outside.

I am barely making my big birthday shout out to my Grandpa Kaye before his special day is over. We sure hope you had a fabulous birthday and that you ate lots of cake....oh wait, that has carbs. Well, we hope that you at least enjoyed the Kentucky Rub we picked out for you. I know that it's a favorite for your blue chicken! :) We love you and sure wished we could be there to celebrate your very special day.

Today was an awesome day with my buddy Robbie (who I call "bobbie") at a cool amusement park called Dutch Wonderland. Dutch Wonderland is located in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Country.....Lancaster County to be exact. It is known as the Kingdom for Kids. All the rides and activities are geared for us little ones. I must say that the day was a pretty good day!
We got to watch a Thomas Show, ride a train, ride some frogs, drive bulldozers, go down a HUGE slide, I milked a cow, played in a birthday cake, rode some bears, had a meltdown, ate boneless wings, played in a schoolhouse, picked a duck, won a prize, and drove a horse and buggy. It's all true! I had a blast!!!

Yesterday, Grandma Kaye told us all about my Daddy and his adventures in the world of drums. Well, once again I proved to be a chip off Dad's old block. Mommy decided to make me a drum set. Of course, I had to start out with a tap pad which happened to be an old coffee can. My sticks were spatulas from the kitchen. That was plenty enough for me to go to town and make some music. After I had mastered my tap can, Mommy decided to make me my very first drum set with her mixing bowls. Thank goodness they are tupperware because I sure put a beating on them! I had a blast putting on a show for anyone who walked by the house. I would drum my heart out and then yell, "ah too, ah too!" That means thank you in Brady language.
