Mommy started her Remicade treatments yesterday at the Hershey Medical Center. She was so brave. We got there right at 2:15pm and her appointment was scheduled for 2:30, but about 30 minutes of waiting they came and told us our appointment was at 4pm! Mommy thought she was going bananas! However, the receptionist later told Mommy that the appointment was changed and no one called to confirm with us. Mommy felt better after being told that she wasn't going crazy. They also told me that I couldn't go back to the infusion room with her even though I was on my very best behavior. Mommy remained brave and went in for her treatment and I got to hangout with Nana in the lobby. Mommy was gone for quite some time. I got so excited when she came walking out the big doors and smiled at me. I was so happy she was smiling at me. She slept through the night like me, a baby! However, I got up early in the morning and she slept a little longer while Nana took care of me. When she finally got up, she was ready to play with me. I am so glad that everything went well yesterday.

I got a jumperoo!!!!
Monday, May 12th, 2008
Well, I got my big surprise. It was the rainforest jumperoo. Mommy and Nana picked it out while I was asleep at Kmart on Friday. They snuck it in the car and in the house while I slept the whole thing. My Nana put it together in 7 minutes flat. She is so good at putting stuff together for me. At first I was a little overwhelmed with the jumperoo. There was lights, music, birds over my head, and so many toys all around me. I made Mommy and Nana so proud when I was able to hold my head up and jump at the same time. I think Nana got the most excited. Mommy as always acted like the paparazzi and took lost of pictures. I jumped so hard, I went to sleep right in my jumperoo! yes, I laid my head down and went to sleep. Mommy couldn't believe that I jumped myself to sleep. Enjoy the pics!

Happy Mother's Day Mommy...
Sunday, May 11, 2008
Happy Mother's Day Mommy. I hope that you enjoyed my card and gift certificate that I picked out for you. I had to borrow money from Dad. He told me that he wouldn't charge too much interest...whatever, that means! I was so excited when you came in my room this morning to spring me. I know how much you love morning smiles, so I was extra smiley just for you. I am so happy that I got to spend Mother's Day with my Mommy and my Nana. We had so much fun on our walk. Mommy and Nana needed to take a walk being that Dad made such a delicious steak and chicken dinner. I am still sorta confused. Why does Mommy cook inside and Dad cooked outside? Hmmm, maybe one day I will figure it out.
Dad also took us to get ice cream. We had so much fun. Mommy gave me a dollar to put in my pocket for my ice cream but Dad went ahead and paid for it. He is so nice! You can see the dollar peeking out of my pocket in the photos below. Mommy always has her camera ready to go!

I can't wait until we go for ice cream again. Mommy told me that she had a big surprise for me tomorrow! I can't wait! Until tomorrow...

I am a big ol' boy...
Thursday, May 08, 2008

Today I had my 4 month checkup with the doctor. I got a couple of shots and it really hurt. I got so mad at the nurse that I made my face turn red and I screamed to the top of my lungs. I weighed in at a whopping 15lbs and measured 24.5in. The doctor was so pleased with how big I am. He said that I was right on schedule. Mommy took her camera and took a couple of pictures. These are a few of the best ones:

Big Day on Thursday...
Wednesday, May 07, 2008
I have a big day tomorrow. Mommy and Nana are taking me to my four month appointment. Mommy already warned me that I am going to get a few shots. I hope I can be a big boy. I have seen Mommy get so many shots and she doesn't cry. I want to be brave like her. I am also going to go to Mommy's eye doctor appointment. She got a new pair of glasses and contacts so she can always keep an eye on me.
Mommy has gotten all her friends to guess what my stats will be tomorrow. You can take a guess as well. Below is my numbers so far:
Birth: 4lbs 10ozs -- 19in
1 month: 7lbs 3ozs -- 20in
2 month: 10lbs 7ozs -- 21in
You can also look at the next couple of pics. They are the most recent pictures of me. By the way, I never skip a meal and I drink 30ozs every day. Good luck guessing!

What!? I have crocodile eyes!
I am only 4 months old but I already know that everyone has insecurities about themselves. My Mommy just happened to discover mine today when she said that I had big ol' crocodile eyes. I couldn't help it and I left my emotions run wild. Come to think about it, what is a crocodile anyway? It's so hard being a baby...
